Queen Bed in a Box That’s Actually Easy
I was dreading setting up a new bed. Tools, screws, 2 hours of frustration… nope. This Queen Boneless Bed Frame came with the mattress already on a plush upholstered platform, and there was literally no assembly required. I unboxed it, rolled it out, and was napping 20 minutes later.
What I liked about it
1. No assembly required. Seriously. The frame and 16 inch memory foam mattress come together. If you live alone this is huge.
2. The 16 inch height feels premium. It’s high enough that getting in and out is easy, and it looks good with any bedding.
3. Plush fabric upholstered frame in beige. Soft to the touch and it doesn’t look cheap like some metal platforms. The beige goes with everything.
4. Cool night design. I sleep hot and the memory foam has airflow in it. I didn’t wake up sweaty which was my biggest worry with foam.
5. Medium support that relieves pressure. My shoulders and hips don’t ache in the morning anymore. It’s not rock hard, not too sinky, just right.
6. Platform style means no box spring needed. Slats are built in so you just add sheets and you’re done.
7. It showed up in boxes that actually fit through my door. Setup in my bedroom in Dungarpur took 2 people about 10 minutes.
A few things to know
1. Because it’s boneless and one piece, you’ll need some space to get it into the room. Measure your doorways first.
2. The foam had a slight smell for the first day. I left the window open and it was gone by night 2.
3. At 16 inches tall you might need deeper sheets. My old fitted sheet was a little tight.
